I started my career in graphic design and illustration, working mainly in automotive, industrial and technology verticals. This line of work transitioned into web design and front-end development. I worked with a team to build one of the first, pure web-based automotive service reminder programs and CRM systems. These experiences prepared me to pursue a position with a new development team at the Tribune Company. As a part of that team, I designed and developed the front end for: PURLs, websites, software used to manage direct and shared mail processes, a web-based marketing automation framework, and a B2B CRM portal for a Fortune 50 company. I was promoted to positions of UX Lead and then Senior Product Manager, in which I managed and worked effectively with a dislocated development team.
Craft business requirements, UI specs, design specs, mockups and provide direction to high performance team of developers to ensure best in class B2B experience. Provide support and enhancement recommendations based on measured results and customer feedback to insure continued growth.
I am looking for an opportunity to work closely with a team that runs on clear communication. I want to align myself with a company I believe in and where I can create positive change. I am always looking to learn more and am open to taking on challenging projects.
